In the very heart of Krakow, on an area of over 250 m², we have created a modern Amber Room. In its elegant interiors, we have gathered exhibits telling the fascinating story of amber.
In the museum shop, tradition is mixed with modernity – from classic amber beads, through delightfully feminine necklaces and bracelets, to unique sculptures and utility items.
People who want to learn more about the “treasure of the Baltic” have the opportunity to watch a film in Polish, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese and Korean, presenting the history of amber and its contemporary artistic manifestations.
In addition, from spring to autumn, we have at your disposal an intimate garden, accessible only from the interior of the “Amber Museum”, where you can relax among flowers and plants in the shade of large umbrellas. It is a perfect place for quiet conversations, where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city with a glass of refreshing drinks, the wide range of which we offer you.
It happens that love for amber sometimes develops slowly – although we know that it does.
